This home has an excellant location. Close enough to walk to the beach or if you carry too much stuff with you, easy parking right at beach access #64. The owners were extremely accomodating. Anything we asked for they took care of. Quiet area, but close enough to all the excitment you can jump right in if you choose. Great for pet owners. Plenty of grass in the backyard with a great fence. Didn't use the pool as much as we would have later in the summer but it is beautiful. Great if you have kids as far as the gameroom. Do you like to shop? Pier Park just down the street. And don't miss Joey's Pizza. Just a short walk. Sleeping accomodations: well the bunkbed room is a bit crowded but okay. I will definately lease this home again!!

Hot Tub, Sun, Great Accomodations and owners very eager to make stay as pleasant as possible and willing to make modifications to help my wheelchair bound husband. We were so pleased with home. Located so close to Pier Park, shopping was easy. Wish it was a bit warmer, but hey, it is February. Can't wait until next year and retirement to stay longer!
