This is a wonderful home! It is located on the Panama City Beach Area. The Crystal White Sands of the Gulf of Mexico are less than 5 minutes away! St. Andrews State Recreation Area is also just a couple of miles from this home!
If you are looking for a home with your own PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL, this is it! There is a Large 24' Round swimming pool with a NEW 20' X 16' Sundeck located in the completely fenced back yard!
The back deck has a Large Outdoor Dining Table, Lounge Chairs & Two Barbeques! There are both Electric & Charcoal BBQ's!
All of our homes have a Cental Heating & Cooling System!
One of the unique features of this home is its Large Cathedral Ceiling throughout the Living Room and in the Bedrooms. We have just finished installing NEW 16" Ceramic Tile throughout the home! There are two bathrooms. The Master Bathroom has a NEW JACUZZI BATH TUB! The home features a LARGE TWO CAR GARAGE with automatic opener. A double wide door is on the front side. A single car garage door is on the back side. There is a concrete pad located behind the garage. Additional parking on the side of the home between the home & the street. You can park your boat or waverunners here.
There is a public beach access located just a short distance away. The beach features crystal white sand! Very nice!
The home is located on a LARGE CORNER LOT! The backyard is completely fenced and has access from the drive through garage!
The home is very comfortable.

There is a stainless steel sink. The kitchen includes built in diswasher, built in microwave oven, stove/oven combo, Refrigerator/Freezer. There is a full size CLOTHES WASHER AND DRYER included!
The Bedrooms & Sleeping Arangement
The Master Bedroom has a QUEEN Bed & a NEW TV.
The second bedroom has a QUEEN Bed & a NEW LCD / Plasma TV!
The third bedroom has two sets of NEW bunk beds (Sleeping 4 guests).
There is a QUEEN Size Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room.
Additional QUEEN Air Bed for sleeping is at the home.
This home will sleep up to 12 guests!

 Definitely the best place we rented for vacation!, October 18, 2007 By Matt (Chicago) We absolutely loved the house. It was very inviting & cozy & had plenty of room for the 3 of us. The fact that it was build from oakwood makes the house even more charming and creates the perfect atmosphere inside. This place is just what the doctor ordered to rest, relax and recuperate. I have to say that the fenced backyard was the best solution for my 5 year old son. We could let him out to play without worrying about him. The pool in the backyard is actually big enough even for an adult to swim. Eric and Julie were very responsive and helpful towards our needs. I highly recommend it and we will definitely come back again in the future. This place beats a 5-star hotel any day that is if you love nature of course :)

- Alternative Beach Rentals is not responsible for community swimming pool maintenance or closures. Swimming pools are normally open from April 1st - November 1st.
THESE RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED and monitored by Alternative Beach Rentals...failure to adhere will result in forfeited deposit..at owners discretion
- RENTAL PAYMENTS:
- A $250.00 - $500.00 Refundable Security Deposit will reserve this home for you.
- There is a $1000.00 Refundable Security Deposit for most monthly rentals and all groups under 26 yrs of age.
- THERE IS A $50.00 CANCELLATION FEE, REGARDLESS OF TIME.
- ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE 90 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE OR ANY FUNDS PAID WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
- FOR RESERVATIONS LESS THAN 90 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, ALL FUNDS PAID ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
- REGARDING UNPAID RENTALS: NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED A FULL WEEKS RENT.
This home is BEST suited for families or adult groups wanting a more upscale and quieter area of Panama City Beach.
