This is a wonderful lake home! This is a very unique home. This home is located on a FRESH WATER LAKE, Lullwater Lake, and is only 1200 Feet TO THE BEACH!
Lullwater Lake is a great fishing lake. Lullwater lake has LARGE MOUTH BASS, Brim, Crappie, Catfish & many other varieties of fish! The only thing separating this home from the Gulf of Mexico is Front Beach Road!
This is a FULLY FURNISHED Home. Everything is included, Towels, Linens, Plates, Silverware etc...

At Frank Brown Park, less than 1 mile from this home!
Frank Brown Park has one of the finest outdoor recreation complexes in Northwest Florida . Since 1977, the local residents and visitors have watched it grow with sporting events and new facilities each year. The city proudly boasts a total of (10) softball / baseball / t-ball fields, (3) soccer fields (3) multi-purpose football fields (2) tennis courts, outdoor basketball court, beach volleyball court, paved greenways and trails, 2-acre freshwater youth fishing pond, 22-acre festival site, playgrounds, group picnic areas and now an additional $4 million dollar Aquatic Center.
The dream of opening a community swimming pool at the beach has finally come to reality on Saturday, April 1, 2006.
The Youth Fishing Pond is stocked with bass, brim, and catfish through a cooperative project with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission. CHILDREN UNDER 16 YEARS AGE CAN FISH FOR FREE! For additional information contact: Program Coordinator at 850-233-5045

RENTAL CONDITIONS:
- NO SMOKING INSIDE AT ANY TIME.
- PETS OK with PRIOR APPROVAL, Additional pet fee required.
- Primary renter MUST be at least 24 years of age..Age Verification Required (If primary guest are under 24 years of age, call for exceptions)
- No more than 14 person occupancy
- Alternative Beach Rentals is not responsible for community swimming pool maintenance or closures. Swimming pools are normally open from April 1st - November 1st.
THESE RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED and monitored by Alternative Beach Rentals...failure to adhere will result in forfeited deposit..at owners discretion
- A $250.00 - $500.00 Refundable Security Deposit will reserve this home for you.
- There is a $1000.00 Refundable Security Deposit for most monthly rentals and all groups under 26 yrs of age.
- THERE IS A 10% CANCELLATION FEE, REGARDLESS OF TIME.
- ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE 90 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE OR ANY FUNDS PAID WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
- FOR RESERVATIONS LESS THAN 90 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, ALL FUNDS PAID ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
- REGARDING UNPAID RENTALS: NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED A FULL WEEKS RENT.
This home is BEST suited for families or adult groups wanting a more upscale and quieter area of Panama City Beach.
